Welcome to FHC!
We are a Homeschool Support Group in Gainesville, Virginia, that seeks to connect homeschool families through social events and assist families that need help with academics. To accomplish this, we offer monthly meet-ups, weekly recess, and in-person classes. In-person classes require registration each year. We use Abeka curriculum for math and language arts.

Homeschool Recess Every Thursday SEPT - MAY
Weather permitting, recess for all homeschool students is held every Thursday from 12:30-1:10 at Apostolic Faith Church. Students may play on the playground or join in on the organized game planned each week. Students are grouped by grade for organized games: elementary and middle/highschool. There is no need to register ahead of time, just check in at the registration table when you arrive.
Spring Semester Enrichment Classes
Registration for our Spring Semester Enrichment Classes will begin on January 2.
The spring semester will be from February 1 through May 17.
Spring Field Trip - Thursday, April 25

"Drama on the High Seas" Production - Friday, May 17
Join us for a night of laughter as our Drama Enrichment Class presents this comedy at Apostolic Faith Church on Friday, May 17, at 7:00 pm. This drama is appropriate for all ages and is FREE of charge.
